About the Kitchen

a dynamic Jackson Hole dining experience

The idea for the Kitchen came from a vision of a restaurant that would provide something different – a refined yet casual establishment that incorporates a modern take on cuisine with comforting notes.

The cuisine at the Kitchen embraces various culinary techniques and ingredients including all natural meats, seasonal vegetables, and sustainable, fresh fish. The presentation is clean, simple and natural.

The beautiful and elegant architecture of the building mirrors the concepts in the food. Purchased in June of 2005, we renovated an old A-frame house into a gorgeous restaurant with award-winning space design and remarkable ambiance. We hired friends at Tobler-Dunker Architects to design a space that was like the cuisine itself – clean, simplistic and visually stunning. Our modern yet comforting theme led to the all-natural bamboo bar and tables, the luminescent eco-panel wave of light, and natural color scheme. An open kitchen design allows for a greater connection with the customers and offers a more personalized experience. Come enjoy our large outdoor deck during the long summer nights or sit by the warm fireplace in winter while you taste beautiful wines and enjoy a full bar.
